Villa Il Tribbio
Immersed in the peace of the Crete Senesi lays the Podere Tribbio. The calling of pheasants, the wind that caresses the silvery leaves of the olive trees that surround the large villa are the background sounds of a view that will remain in your heart forever.
The Borgo of San Giovanni d'Asso is only 1 km away and can, therefore, be reached on foot.
This old farmhouse has belonged to our family since the beginning of the last century and has been restored in keeping with the typical Tuscan rustic style; the only concession is the creation within the olive grove of a large swimming pool perfect for swimming under the warm Tuscan sun.
The house is laid out on two floors; on the ground floor there are two entrances, one that leads to a large open space with kitchen, fireplace and a table with enough space for ten people; the other entrance will lead you to a living room with another kitchen and large dining table.
On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, all with air conditioning, three double rooms and two rooms with twin beds that can be joined on request. Five bathrooms with shower including 3 en suite and a large living room with fireplace.
The materials chosen for the renovation reflect the tradition: chestnut beams, terracotta floors, travertino marble tops. The furnishings include some rustic old pieces including an ancient carpenter's bench.
On the outside there is a "pool house" with a large loggia and a long Tuscan-style table excellent for family gatherings, to complete the comfort of this area there is a shower-bathroom-changing room.
The villa sleeps ten adults but it is also available with a reduced number of beds (contact us for more information)
In the fully equipped kitchens, you can cook typical products to be enjoyed under the loggia of the "pool house" or in the olive grove, accompanied by one of the famous wines of our area (Brunello, Orcia Rosso) or in the cooler times of the year in front of the crackling fire in the ancient fireplace.
